How do I install an eSIM?

After payment is confirmed, open My Orders and select your eSIM order. When it is ready, use Install for QR or manual activation details. Enable data roaming if the plan instructions say so. Never share QR codes or activation secrets publicly.

Payment is confirmed only after verified confirmation from our payment process — not because a browser redirected you to a success page. Until then, the order may still show as pending or under review.

The order remains unpaid or pending until payment is confirmed. You can wait on the status page, refresh later, or check My Orders. If it stays under review, contact support with your order number — do not assume a charge means the order is complete.

What happens if a flight booking cannot be completed?

A payment receipt is not a ticket. Booking runs after payment is confirmed. If a booking cannot be completed, the order may require assistance — contact support with your order number. We do not invent a ticket or promise a specific refund amount before the outcome is known.
