1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the RW Global Digital website and the products and services available through it. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. RW Global Digital is an Australia-based business serving customers internationally. These terms are customer-facing product terms, not an engineering specification.
2. Platform role
RW Global Digital provides travel and digital-commerce services using third-party providers where applicable. We are not an airline, hotel, mobile network operator, insurer, visa authority, card issuer or bank. Supplier, carrier and provider-specific rules may apply. Availability and fulfillment can depend on those systems and on your eligibility.
3. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate account, contact and travel information. You are responsible for maintaining your credentials and for activity under your account. Review booking and order details before confirmation. Misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to review or suspension. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Pricing
Prices are calculated on our servers. Displayed currency may involve conversion using current exchange-rate data. The final checkout amount shown to you is authoritative for that checkout. Prices may change before checkout if supplier or market data changes. Taxes, fees or surcharges may apply where required by law or a provider.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment processors. A browser redirect or success page alone does not constitute final payment confirmation. Orders remain subject to authoritative payment confirmation. Duplicate or unauthorized payment activity may be reviewed. Refunds follow the applicable policies and payment-provider processes. RW Global Digital does not expose raw card credentials to browser application code.
6. Digital products and eSIM
Fulfilled, downloaded, activated or consumed digital products may have refund restrictions. Defective or non-delivered products may be reviewed according to provider rules, platform policy and applicable consumer law. Customers should verify device compatibility and destination coverage where relevant. eSIM plans are supplied by connectivity partners under their own terms.
7. Flights, hotels and travel services
Cancellations, changes, refunds and credits depend on the booked fare or rate and applicable carrier or provider rules. Penalties or restrictions may apply. We do not promise a refund where those rules do not allow it. These terms do not replace the provider’s contract with you for the underlying travel service.
8. Abuse and prohibited use
You must not engage in coupon or promotional abuse, account misuse, fraudulent payments, repeated abusive refund behaviour, attempts to manipulate pricing, automated misuse of the platform, or unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts, refuse or cancel orders, and cooperate with payment providers or authorities where permitted by law.
9. Service availability
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider systems, payment processors, regulatory requirements or technical issues. We make reasonable efforts to restore service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
10. Fulfillment and delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. Travel and eSIM services are fulfilled through connected providers. Order and fulfillment status is shown in My Orders where available. Timing depends on the product, provider and payment confirmation.
11. Intellectual property
Site content, branding and software are owned by or licensed to RW Global Digital. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute content except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
12. Errors and corrections
We strive for accurate listings and pricing but errors may occur. We may correct errors, cancel orders affected by manifest errors, or withdraw products where necessary, subject to applicable law.
13. Limitation of liability and third-party services
To the extent permitted by law, RW Global Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from provider actions beyond what applicable law requires. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protections.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using this site you acknowledge that policy.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded. Disputes should first be raised through our Contact page.
16. Changes
We may update these terms as services develop. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
