Travel Terms

1. About these terms
These Travel Terms apply to travel-related services booked or requested through RW Global Digital. RW Global Digital is a platform — not an airline, hotel, insurer or government authority. Services are fulfilled through integrated travel technology and provider partners.
2. Flights
Search, review and pay on our site. A payment receipt is not a ticket. Booking confirmation and ticket issuance follow provider processing after payment is confirmed. Fare, baggage, change and refund rules come from the selected fare. Passenger names and travel-document details must be accurate.
3. Hotels and accommodation
Hotel search is available. Rates, availability, cancellation and no-show rules are set by the accommodation provider. Review booking details before payment. Non-refundable rates may exist.
4. Cancellations versus refunds
Cancellation eligibility depends on the fare or rate rules. It is not the same as refund completion. Provider cancellation or refund outcome is distinct from the customer refund processed by RW Global Digital. Fees or penalties displayed during booking or returned by the provider may apply. We do not promise a refund amount until the authoritative outcome is known.
5. Passport, visa and entry
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements and entry rules. RW Global Digital does not guarantee entry approval.
6. Schedule changes
Airlines and hotels may change schedules or cancel services. Remedies depend on provider rules and applicable law. Contact us with your order number for help reviewing options.
7. eSIM for travel
Travel eSIM plans are supplied by connectivity partners. Coverage, data and validity vary by plan. Install and use per the instructions in My Orders. Digital/eSIM cancellation may become unavailable once fulfillment or activation begins.
8. Insurance and eVisa tools
Where offered, these may be enquiry or application interfaces. Coverage, exclusions, claims and visa decisions are determined by the insurer or authority — not guaranteed by RW Global Digital.
9. Platform versus provider
RW Global Digital facilitates search, payment and order tracking. The provider is responsible for delivering the travel service under its contract and rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as travel services evolve. The current version is published on this page.
